Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is processed.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, depending on your bank or credit card company.
